Digital Marketing Executive (Remote – Work From Home)

We’re seeking several talented Digital Marketing Executives to join our expanding digital marketing and website design agency.

Although we’re a new agency, we bring a wealth of experience. Our mission is to create world-class campaigns tailored to each client, using proven strategies that consistently deliver results. We focus on elevating their marketing efforts with bespoke approaches that make a real impact.

  • Salary : £28,000 - £32,000 base salary + profit share bonus
  • Perks : Team Building Days, Training Allowance, Discount Card for 100's of stores online and offline.
  • 4-Day Week : Yes you heard it right, we work Monday to Thursday.
  • Holiday : 25 days holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays.
  • Required skills : Minimum 2-year experience as a digital marketing executive in an agency. You must demonstrate strong English writing skills.
  • Location : Must be UK based and have the ability to attend team meetings when required in Royal Leamington Spa.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will:

  • Support clients in developing effective marketing strategies and roadmaps tailored to their unique needs and business goals.
  • Conduct market research, experimentation, and user testing to gain insights into customer needs and objectives.
  • Implement continuous feedback systems and perform data analysis to refine marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate on campaign development to increase client business value and achieve measurable results.
